Account Settings

In your Account Settings you can manage your account information, including updating your name, email, and password. Access this page via the account menu in the bottom left corner of the app.

In the following sections, we’ll cover:

• User Details: Update your name.
• Reset Password: Update your account password.

User Details

To change or update your User Details, start by clicking Edit Details.

Edit User Details

Update the name that appears on your profile.

• Enter your name.
• Both First and Last Name are required.
• If you want to change your email, please contact support by email.

Once you’ve made your changes, click Save Changes.

Reset Password

To reset your password, select Reset Password

You will receive an email with instructions to continue the process. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder. If you’re still yet to received it, click the Resend Email button to request a new link.

The email will contain a link to reset your password. Please ensure that you check the email used for your platform account.
